The Chickasha Area Arts Council is calling on the community to join together in planning and organizing the 2010 Rock Island Arts Festival.The festival’s inauguration in 2009 was a huge success, but CAAC needs Chickasha’s support to make sure the festival not only continues, but is bigger and better.
